PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
1. THE CONTROLLER AND ITS CONTACT DETAILS
1.1. The Controller of your personal data is the company BEMETA DESIGN, s.r.o., registered office: Žatčany 60, 664 53 Žatčany, Czech Republic, Company ID: 26929074, incorporated in the Companies Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, section C, insert 46063 (hereinafter the "Controller").

1.3. The Controller has not appointed a data protection officer.
2. LEGAL REASON FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. The legal reason for the processing of your personal data is the fact that this processing is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract between you and the Controller or for the implementation of measures by the Controller before concluding such a contract in the sense of Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)(hereinafter “GDPR”).
3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
3.1. The purpose of processing your personal data is to fulfil the contract between you and the controller or to take measures by the Controller before concluding such a contract.
3.2. The Controller does not perform automatic individual decision-making in the sense of Article 22 of GDPR.
4. PERIOD OF RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the effects of the rights and obligations from the contract, as well as for the time necessary for archiving purposes according to the relevant generally binding legal regulations, but no longer than for the period determined by the generally binding legal regulations.
5. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. Other recipients of your personal data will be shipping companies and other persons involved in the delivery of goods or the implementation of payments based on the purchase contract.
5.2. The Controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (outside the European Union) or to any international organization.
6. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
6.1. Under the conditions set out in GDPR, you have the right to request from the Controller access to your personal data, the right to correct or erase your personal data or restrict its processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to the portability of your personal data.
6.2. If you believe that the processing of your personal data has violated or is violating GDPR, you have, among other things, the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
6.3. You are not obliged to provide personal data. The provision of your personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and fulfilment of the contract, and without the provision of your personal data it is not possible to conclude the contract or fulfil it on the part of the Controller.
RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
The Parties undertake to resolve any disputes arising from their contractual relationship amicably.
In the event that a consumer dispute arises between the Seller and the consumer from the purchase contract or from the contract for the provision of services, which cannot be resolved by amicable resolution, the consumer can submit a proposal for an out-of-court settlement of such a dispute before a designated authority, which is

The consumer can also use the online dispute resolution platform established by the European Commission at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
If no agreement is reached between the Parties, the Parties agree that all relations and possible disputes arising on the basis of the contract will be resolved exclusively according to the laws of the Czech Republic by the competent courts of justice of the Czech Republic.
